Regional Product Manager FNET

JOB OVERVIEW

Develop and execute the Product Marketing Strategy for Fluke Networks Product line for assigned countries/regions Provide pre- and post-sales technical and product support to end-users and channel partners Build working relationships with internal/external stakeholders to develop and manage product line Identify growth opportunities for commercial effort. Will be responsible to design and execute marketing projects for complete product lines or in support of sales functions Collaborate with product engineering, product marketing and customers to facilitate product review, roadmap planning and manage new product introduction (NPI) execution

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

Demand creation identify opportunities to enhance existing product lines. Identify growth opportunities in the market & design/support commercial operation to go to related market/customers. Perform market research and analysis activities such as competitor analyses, sales forecasts, new market trends, etc., in support of proposed marketing programs and new product introductions. Maintain databases of information pertaining to assigned product and competitor data Coordinate/initiate business relationships with third parties, joint marketing partners and other industry participants. Provides support through demo instruction and tool development, functional demonstrations, and telephone consultation. Execute product promotion plans and product introduction programs. Plan and participate in seminars, trade shows and other special marketing events or campaigns. Drives Voice of Customer activities to assure strong positioning and product line growth. Assess customer experience and process technical support data collaboratively with development, product planning, sales and other internal personnel. Provide technical support to the field sales force; respond to their technical and application questions and provide competitive and appropriate product information, and produce reports and technical data on competitive products, as well as our own products’ performance. Develop and conduct product training to field sales force and others as needed. Develop regional value selling documents for key products taking local competitive situation into consideration. Actively explore new methodology to leverage on digital platform to maximize market reach and growth in the region Develop product go-to-market programs to achieve overall revenue targets and market share goals. Develop New Product launch plan. Responsible for the implementation of the product certification training program in assigned region. This includes delivering online and in-person training sessions, updating program curriculum and training aids, and managing authorized certification training partner program

 

REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 10 years of Sales, Marketing, Product and/or Technical Support experience with specific experiences in the premises cabling industry Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma in electrical engineering, computer science or a related discipline. Domain experience in the IT and OT structured cabling industry is required. Hands-on experience providing field support for premises cabling installers to ensure installations are tested correctly. The concepts of testing balanced copper twisted pair cabling and fiber optic cabling must be thoroughly understood. Team player with history of successful working relationships with Marketing, Sales, Business Unit / Product Development, and Distribution Channels in a collaborative and innovative culture. Knowledge of marketing management, new product planning and sales forecast principles, methods, and practices. Enthusiasm, curiosity, high energy, and desire-to-win work ethic coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven analytical capabilities to enable competitive assessment, market research, strategic planning. Overseas travel will be approximately 30-50%
