Regional Product Manager KSA & GCC

Regional Product manager KSA & GCC is responsible for developing regional strategy for the assigned therapy area as well as managing the life cycle of the brands in the therapy area and developing the strategic plan for the products by abiding to the company strategy.
In addition to monitoring and analyzing the performance of the countries branding initiatives, campaigns, and activities using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize strategies.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Strategy and tactics developments related to the assigned therapy area. Therapy area and Products P&L and budgeting Responsible to develop, retain a pool of brand advocates to be used as speakers and brand supporters. Create & develop KOLs and consultants. Lead the preparation of business, marketing, and communication plans for the given products and therapy areas, in order to ensure that the company is aware of anticipated performance, revenue, and cost. Creating promotional materials (printed materials, and brand reminders), according to the brand Kit and marketing plan. Ensure that all marketing activities are consistent with set brand guidelines, in order to ensure a consistent message and image. Communicate the core strategy with related team with updated promotional materials and messages quarterly. Monitor and analyze the execution of the agreed activities in the marketing plans on monthly basis. Develop training material for the sales team for the assigned products. Ensure launch excellence including pre-launch readiness, launch activities and post launch execution. Pipeline management and ensure the diversity of the products selected. Sales follow-up on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, through sales reports and analysis for assigned therapy areas and products. Corrective plans upon contingency and/or sales deviation. Challenge the annual budget based on IMS reports to ensure that the budget reflects the product’s expected growth and market’s potential. Analyze market research and competitors’ intelligence, conducting a more advanced analysis of the data, to understand consumer behavior and the marketplace, as well as identify opportunities for growth or improvement. Follow up on the registration plan for new and existing products and provide the needed support. Products’ pricing to ensure the feasibility.
Education and Experience required:
B.Sc. degree in Pharmaceutical or Life Science MBA or equivalent is a plus +7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with at least 2 years of experience in product management. Relevant experience in the GCC/KSA market is a plus.
