**Description and Requirements**
We are seeking a Regional Program Manager to partner with the APOS Leadership GEO Sales leadership to assist in defining, launching and executing on our key strategic sales programs for the Global APOS (Renewals) business.

This individual will collaborate effectively with internal sales and end-users, cross-functional teams, and our channel community to launch new programs and deliver successfully against high standards. This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to “roll up their sleeves”.
The ideal candidate earns trust through performance and relationship building, thinks strategically and analytically about business challenges, has experience in program management and has an analytic background to assist the APOS Sales teams in meeting its business objectives. The candidate will be a self-starter with a bias towards independent problem solving, a passion for identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, and has the foresight to anticipate business needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment, will be able to manage through ambiguity and complexity, and constantly seek ways to invent and simplify business processes. Organization, strong judgment, and the ability to activate plans are all essential to success in this role.
This position will work with stakeholders supporting the extended Asia Pacific APOS Services organization, such as Sales, Service Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Business Transformation, IT, and the Partner team. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across other geographies. Current and ongoing work spans the following areas: global rollout and coordination of training curriculum needs, vendor management, sales enablement, incentive development, roadmap development, and forecasting/performance management of the program.
**Position Requirements:**
+ Experience developing quarterly business plans encompassing sales motions, engagement models, targeted campaigns, KPI setting/measurement, training, and in-quarter management.
+ Experience interpreting global initiatives, translating for local market, and activating the rollout. Ability to quickly identify obstacles and make recommendations on how to overcome.
+ Five years of experience in consulting, sales strategy, Channel / vendor management, business development or program management in a mid-to-large scale hi-tech company.
+ Ability to manage multiple workstreams, varying timelines, and a variety of inputs from stakeholders
+ Ability to translate ideas into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
+ Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate details of programs, process, and plans to various audiences.
+ Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales programs and processes, procedures and policies.
+ Excellent cross functional collaboration skills.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
+ Travel expectations: Up to 20% of time.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, sales and GTM strategy experience, and an analytical background.
+ Familiarity with renewals products, services and sales strategies.
+ Experience within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial.
+ Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment.
+ Demonstrated ability to think strategically and long-term, act tactically, takes ownership and has business leadership to meet the needs of complex businesses problems
+ Establish ways to measure and track metrics related to adoption of the service and/or program, and to make improvements to the approach based on those measurements
+ Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and metrics
+ Remote Hybrid role, working from home but also visiting various geographic regions or locations.
+ Business Japanese and English communication skills. In addition, Traditional Chinese, Thai and/or Hindi (Asia Pacific languages) preferred.
+ MBA or other relevant advanced degree
