They are responsible for the physical security and fire safety of the organization or other tangible assets. What You'll Do: •Enforce all fire prevention, safety, and security policies and procedures. Remain up to date on pre-fire plans. •Review and implement the organization’s fire prevention, safety, and security policies and procedures. •Meet regularly with property managers to discuss events, escalated incidents, and serious concerns. •Review the inventory reports and alert management of any discrepancies. •Update safety information and lead demonstrations on how to perform certain work tasks for employees. •Review equipment tests to verify they work in an effective and efficient manner. Escalate any concerns or issues to management. •Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques. •Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related. •Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. The minimum salary for the Regional Property Operations Technician position is $47,840 annually [or $23.00 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Regional Property Operations Technician position is $56,160 annually [or $27.00 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
