Our mission is to deliver and support Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.

Main responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and oversight to regional qualification report issuance teamAct as a liaison between the qualification team and the regional hub leadership, ensuring alignment and effective communicationFoster team growth by directing, motivating, coaching, and developing team members, including conducting performance evaluations and interviewsInitiate and implement mechanisms for continuous improvement, set up tools for activity management and formulate strategic improvement initiativesOversee and optimize work processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to legal requirementsMaintain a professional network and foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholdersEnsure the team meets all safety, health, and environmental standardsConduct quality checks of all data, references, and citations

About you ​Experience: >5 years professional experience in qualification incl. HA inspection and proven leadership track record in a multinational environment (incl. team development)Soft skills: Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills. Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environmentsTechnical skills: Quality systems (e.g., Veeva, Kneat), Word, Excel, Power PointEducation: Master Degree or MBALanguages: Excellent English communication and writing, proficiency in one of the listed languages preferred: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Hungarian, Turkish
