Purpose of Role: The Regional Quality Manager is responsible to oversee and to align all quality systems, goals, and objectives across the region, ensuring consistency and adherence to organizational standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
· Quality Audits: Perform regular audits and inspections of processes, products, and services to  identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
· Supplier Relationship: Build a strong relationship with the customers.
· Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
· ISO Standards Implementation: You are responsible for ensuring that ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards relevant to your industry are implemented effectively  across all operations.

. Auditing Compliance: Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.

. Unified Approach: Implement a unified approach to manage both work from scratch and rework, ensuring consistency and efficiency in handling tasks regardless of their origin.
· Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

· 4 years degree in Quality/Engineering/Business Management.
· 5+ years of experience in managing quality.
· Experience in RCA tool is must.
