Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:
Work in collaboration with Clinical Directors/Supervisors, Executive Directors, Assistant VP of Operations, and the Clinical Compliance team to work as a unite team front to address any clinical quality and compliance concerns. Conduct routine weekly chart audits, noting tendencies and trends of clinicians and sites. Each chart audit will be documented using chart audit form to remain in compliance for inspections/surveys. Regularly reviews clinical documentation including but not limited to treatment notes, treatment plans and level of care assessments and provides feedback to the clinical team, Clinical Directors/Supervisors, Executive Directors, Assistant VP of Operations as needed. Provide oversight of clinical documentation and feedback to Clinical Directors/Supervisors, clinicians, BHT’s, CRS’s, and others as appropriate. Provide supervision, feedback, training, and instruction as necessary in organizational protocols, assessment methods, and clinical services. Work in collaboration with Admissions, Billing and other departments to ensure proper delivery of services and maintaining compliance with state licensing and accreditation boards. Assess clinical competency of clinicians, both licensed and unlicensed, to monitor and safeguard services for clients as directed. Point person/lead for quality assurance and clinical compliance for various annual inspections such a DDAP, OMHSAS, and CARF, in combination of working and coordinating with clinical team, as well as for all applicable MA/SCA reviews. Facilitates group and individual trainings regarding clinical documentation and proper protocol and tangent regulations for such documentation. Communicates any concerns about quality of clinicians’ work to clinicians, supervisors, and other appropriate individuals in a timely manner. Works in collaboration with other Regional Quality Managers to review audit/licensing/accrediting outcomes and implementing necessary changes globally across all applicable programs. Work in collaboration with Quality Improvement Manager to identify the trends and patterns of quality and compliance measures across the organization. Work in collaboration to implement appropriate documentation and program changes with Director of PI and the clinical compliance team to ensure follow through with the new documentation, workflow, etc. Identifies training needs and organizes organizational training education program that allows on site education, working towards accredited CEU’s training certification. Lead trainer and organizer of new hire training including but not limited to ECR training and demonstrations, compliance protocol, and aiding with clinical trainings. Maintain confidentiality regarding privileged administrative and client information in a professional manner. Other duties as deemed necessary

Education, Experience:
A Master’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services field) or other related field, licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) and 2 years of supervisory experience.
