**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
We are seeking an experienced and motivational Regional Quality Supervisor to lead, coach, and develop a support team of Quality Assurance Analysts. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for driving your team's performance as they provide instrumental support to our field technicians and uphold the highest standards of quality across our services. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a dynamic remote team in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead, mentor, and manage a virtual team of Quality Assurance Analysts, overseeing their overall direction, coordination, and evaluation
+ Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance standards and guidelines for your team to follow
+ Oversee the team’s delivery of real-time virtual troubleshooting and help desk support to field technicians using advanced software platforms, including Zinc, CAPP, OFS, and Slack
+ Direct and review the team's comprehensive virtual assessments of completed field work to ensure compliance with EchoStar's standards
+ Manage the team’s collection and analysis of data from large datasets to identify key trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and drive process enhancements
+ Provide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on team performance, quality metrics, and compliance to senior management
+ Partner with internal and external teams to strategically improve performance, develop innovative solutions, and resolve escalated issues
+ Ensure team compliance with company programs through the execution of virtual audits, including inventory controls
+ Manage all aspects of team performance and staffing; this includes making recommendations to senior leadership regarding hiring, termination, training, and disciplinary actions
**Skills, Experience and Requirements**
**Education & Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and two or more years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing employees, with a strong ability to foster a positive and winning team environment strongly preferred
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Exceptional proficiency with spreadsheet software, such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, for data analysis and reporting
+ Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely
+ A proven aptitude for troubleshooting and effective problem-solving to resolve technical and operational challenges
+ A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality
+ Familiarity with field operations or residential installation is a definite plus
+ Availability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours
+ Availability to work on Saturdays and/or Sundays as needed to support your team

**Salary Ranges**
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
