This role is a hybrid position requiring travel to multiple Coldwell Banker Brokerage offices on a weekly basis. The ideal candidate will reside within the New England region.
What you’ll do:
Source and network within the real estate landscape. Develop relationships with high-performing real estate agents and tell them “We Want You.” Using your exceptional phone skills, you’ll influence them by offering the opportunity to meet with us, learn about Coldwell Banker and the benefits of joining our team. This position reports to the Manager of Growth and Development while supporting the New England region.

Agent recruiter: Primary responsibility is to prospect and recruit experienced real estate agents to the company. Minimum expectations are 6 in-person recruiting appointments per week and 6 experience agents recruited to the company per month. This role encompasses the full recruiting cycle, from initial contact to affiliation and handoff to the branch leader. Pipeline builder: Using our resources to build and maintain a continuous flow of candidates. Reliable responder: Promptly replying to team members and prospective agents. Consistent collaborator: Communicating constantly and effectively with team members, ensuring integrity of applicant tracking system data. Support Specialist: You are the master at creating, generating and sharing reports across the team. Team player: Building relationships with our managers, understanding their business needs and earning their trust to help them achieve business goals. Technology adopter: Achieving success by effectively using business analysis and communication tools, including Teams, PowerPoint, Skype, Facetime, WebEx, iProspect and SalesForce.Qualifications:
What we want you to have:
Experience: 2-3 years of demonstrated expertise in recruiting experienced real estate agents and or experience recruiting in another sales oriented industry. Real estate industry knowledge a strong plus. Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, collaborative tools and CRM systems. Communication skills: Excellent verbal, written and listening skills to convincingly sell our opportunity.
