JOB SUMMARY

This job overseers the Highmark Direct stores in a specific region.  Including oversight of all sales, operations, marketing executions, merchandising and budgetary oversight.  In addition, this job requires extensive knowledge of all organization products, systems, and resources used in stores, including a working knowledge of any necessary Highmark or Highmark-owned ancillary products.  All store employees in each region will report into this position.

This role will be remote however responsible for stores within Western PA so preferred location is Western PA.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as a sales representative in stores in a specific region when needed based on the store's weekly schedule.Manage store sales in a specific region: Including sales of all Highmark core products, HMIG products, Highmark Senior products and any additional ancillary products being offered (Dental, Travel, Pet, SNPs, etc.). Conduct daily monitoring of sales numbers for each store and evaluate how they are performing to goals. Recommend and implement new methods to improve sales and customer experience. Manage launch and sales-training for new products. Implement corrective actions to assist stores who are not meeting monthly sales targets.Manage store operations in a specific region: Including execution of all scheduling, marketing and merchandising campaigns, store personnel issues, ensuring all stores remain within corporate and federal compliance, oversight of training for new employees and ongoing training for current employees, serving as intermediary between stores and corporate departments to ensure consistent communication is achieved.Oversee ongoing store maintenance in a specific region: Including working with vendors, landlords and internal departments to ensure ongoing safety, cleanliness, and physical operations of stores are maintained.Oversee store security: Act as liaison between stores and corporate security to ensure safety protocols are maintained in store, including regular updating and testing of emergency equipment in stores.Other duties as assigned or as requested

LICENSES and CERTIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

Pay Range Minimum:

$64,000.00

Pay Range Maximum:

$96,000.00

Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.  The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
