In this role you will be responsible for all Total Rewards related matters for ANH in the regions LATAM and North America. The scope will encompass compensation and benefits in a broad sense. You will do this in an exciting time, in which you need to navigate during the separation and upcoming divestment of our ANH business, while at the same time Rewards integration in dsm-firmenich post-merger is still going on.

**Your key responsibilities**
+ As part of the ANH Global Rewards leadership team, you will contribute to a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy aligned with the ANH's overall objectives, Global Rewards Strategy, and market competitiveness. You will localize and customize compensation policies and benefits programs as per local regulations and practices.
+ Oversee the administration and management of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other programs.
+ Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership to develop annual compensation planning and budgeting processes.
+ Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
+ Conduct periodic vendor assessments and benchmarking to optimize service quality and cost-effectiveness.
+ Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, such as tax regulations, social security contributions, and employment laws and internal governance policies in all compensation and benefits practices Mitigate HR-related risks by implementing and maintaining effective controls and processes.
+ As part of the ANH Global Rewards leadership team, develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees on compensation and benefits programs and changes.
+ Provide guidance and support to HR and People Managers in your region on things like compensation and benefits-related matters
+ Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding and utilization of compensation and benefits programs.
+ Support the separation of ANH from dsm-firmenich and participate in all Reward related activities with regard to the divestment (before signing, between signing and closing, and after closing depending on the buyer situation). Your challenge will be to navigate between on hand dsm-firmenich’s benefits harmonization and the other hand the separation of ANH.

**You bring**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred
+ Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, ideally in a global or regional role
+ Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits and understanding of compensation and benefits design, benchmarking, and market analysis
+ Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting is an advantage
+ Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations and HR service delivery, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems could be an advantage
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
