Route To Market Manager

 

What this role is about

This position will work in closely with Distributor development manager (DDM) and other departments (HQ & Field Management team, Chanel Planning, Sales Training, budget manager) including Finance, HR, logistics & Legal on developing execution plans for RTM models including processes, cost planning and analysis.

Will be responsible to evaluate and review the current RTM models, provide analysis and exploration of different RTM remuneration and identify efficiencies for improvement. Work in close collaboration with Distributor and field managers on the implementation and measurement of Distributor Development & Assessment programs.

Provides analysis and insights of distributors short term/long-term performance related KPI & DP financial health. Understand distributors actual operations to validate infrastructure vs plan. Facilitate process of all incoming and outgoing DP's for seamless transition and timely processing of claims.

This position is also responsible for recruitment and creating a pool of potential DPs. Maintaining good business relationship with existing JTI Distributors. Review and evaluation infrastructure aligned with the agreed annual strategies. Ensure timely processing of Distributor claims, KYC renewals, SBLC renewals, new contracts and amendments. Achievement of AP volume and other KPIs.

 

 

What you will do

 

1) Conduct Route To Market (RTM) study of different FMCGs RTM and proposed model that would fit viable for both JTI and DP. Develop and design execution plans for RTM models including processes, cost planning and analysis on a regional and national level.

2) Work in close collaboration with Distributor and field managers on identifying distributor developments programs to address gaps for improvement both operational and employees. Conducts analysis and insights of distributors short term/long-term performance related KPI & DP financial health.

3) Responsible for recruitment and creating a pool of potential DPs. Maintaining good business relationship with existing JTI Distributors. Review and evaluation infrastructure aligned with the agreed annual strategies. Responsible for the monitoring and reporting of distributor assessment program (DAP)

4) Understand distributors actual operations and validate infrastructure vs plan. Facilitate process of all incoming and outgoing DP's for seamless transition and timely processing of claims.

 

Who we are looking for

 

University degree or equivalent Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial position in sales preferably in RTM function with FMCG company. Fluent in oral and written English. PC knowledge: MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel) very well and preferably Project Management Distributor network / number and analysis
