QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, has an immediate opening for a Regional Safety Inspector based out of our Phoenix, AZ office covering the Southwest Region, in both Phoenix and Denver, CO.

Summary of Job Description:
This entry-level position will ensure that safety is present on all projects throughout the region and attend customer meetings as needed. This position will also be responsible for ensuring that quality work is performed safely and on time.  Customer interaction will be required as well as on-the-job crew training and claims investigation.

Job Qualifications:

Degree in Safety or 5 years flooring/construction safety experience preferredMust have good working knowledge of flooring procedures and safetyKnowledge and understanding of OSHA RegulationsExcellent communication/ writing skillsAnalytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational/ time management skillsExcellent follow up skillsAbility to score a minimum of 90% on all safety exams/quizzesAbility to obtain OSHA 30-hour CertificationValid state driver’s license in good standing requiredTHIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE EXTENSIVE OUT-OF-STATE TRAVEL

Job Requirements:

Project Safety set up, Inspections and Awareness/ TrainingAssist in setting up project safety, pre-job inspections and planning meetingsSign off on site specific safety plansPerform safety inspections on all crews (including Service/Maintenance)Check Safe Work Plans, Tool Box Talks and other safety documents to be on siteAddress all safety violations in compliance with QuestMark Safety RulesReview inspections with crews and cover safety awareness messagesReport inspection results on a weekly basis to the Regional Director and Safety ManagerSerious violations must be reported immediatelyAssist in conducting Monthly & Quarterly training meetingsTravel including overnight stays required between the offices
