Regional Sales Admin Asst

Job Summary:

Compensation: $23.41 - $26.00 / hour

The Regional Sales Administrative Assistant will provide outstanding customer service and administrative support to sales regional and district management. This position will play a key role in supporting the regional sales goals by coordinating schedule needs, creating reports as needed by the Regional Sales Director.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Distribute and track all sales leads including follow through sales information and reporting Perform geographical online searches to ensure maximum coverage of potential prospects Assist in creation of geographical expansion proposals and regular updating of target locations Collect data and compile reports as required for distribution to field and executive leadership Coordinates schedules for RM, DM’s ROM as needed Submit, monitor and assist with processing of Price sheets and CRM requests for region Assist with organization and creation of marketing campaigns for the region Track new hire training programs for all sales and internal operations staff Schedule reminders for all regional safety trainings and initiatives and track compliance Coordinate SPF Tech schedules and provide 4 week look ahead Coordinate customer training events with corporate staff for regional attendees Work as liaison with all other corporate staff and department heads to ensure timely distribution of information and programs Collect and organize all weekly and monthly field sales reports for review Schedule and coordinate all regional and district calls and meetings Perform CRM, BIDIT and SAP Training for Admins as required  Assist local warehouse operations administrative needs per the Branch Admin duties as needed. Other duties as beneficial to IDI

Qualifications/Skills:

Highly organized and able to work in fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented and able to manage multiple tight deadlines Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, CRM and SAP experience a plus Trustworthy with sensitive confidential information

Education and/or Experience:

2 year degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience preferred 3 years executive administrative experience preferred
