Summit Search Group has been engaged by NEXAT on the recruitment of their newest Regional Sales and Service Manager.

NEXAT is the synergy of 50-years of development expertise and cutting-edge technology from the market-leading agricultural machinery manufacturers. NEXAT is the world’s first and only holistic crop production system that can answer the challenges of the future in technical, economic, and ecological terms.

Responsibilities:

Agronomic monitoring of the entire process of NEXAT implementation. Support of the system from initial start-up to integrated plant production. Analyzes and studies on the introduction of regenerative agriculture. Acceptance of orders from customers in close cooperation with area managers. Preparation of necessary export documents for international customers and partners. Independent correspondence with branches and forwarding agencies. Transport planning and coordination of machines in the area with responsibility. Acquisition and support of “early adopters’ farmers” in relevant agricultural regions and creation of strong relationships with innovative farmers who are willing to embrace new technologies. Identification and analysis of new high potential target markets and customers.

 

Qualifications:

Must possess a strong understanding of agronomy and agronomic principles, supported by relevant education (degree or diploma in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field). Open and outgoing personality as well as a confident demeanour in negotiations. Strategic thinking individual with an analytical approach. Professional experience in order, export, customers processing and customer support.
