Regional Sales Coordinator

1. Incentives- Timely processing and request of Incentive for below category:

Ø Tactical Incentive

Ø Group Incentive

Ø Individual Incentive

Ø Quarterly/Annual Incentive

 

2. Admin Support

Ø Sales activity support: manning and open houses

Ø Updates and monitors all Regional Sales sellers

Ø Prepare and monitor Request For Payment

Ø Prepare Cash Advances, PRS and Travel Order

Ø Timely liquidation of all Advances requests

Ø Replenishment and monitoring of office supplies and consumption

Ø Accreditation: Slotting of walk in/Phone call broker to Broker Coordinators

 

3. Communication

Ø Apply access on Sellers Portal for all newly hired sellers

Ø Monitoring of memos Internal and External

Ø Encoding of sellers to AX

 

4. Seller Services

Ø Proper accreditation of all Regional Sales Sellers

Ø Assistance on computation for sellers

Ø Assistance on tripping

 

Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4-year course Sales experience is preferred but not required Flexible/organize and willing to work during weekend and overtime with good oral & communication skills
