Regional Sales Director, Tableau - Commercial South LATAM (Brazil, Chile, Peru and Argentina)
As a Sales Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing a team of highly visible and motivated Sales Executives within our expanding commercial sales operation region. Your team will be responsible for generating revenue and achieving individual, team, and organizational quotas. At Salesforce, our 'Ohana' Culture is a cornerstone of our success, and your leadership will embody strong energy, passion, and the ability to guide a dynamic workforce. We are looking for candidates with solid experience in Data and Analytics , as well as prior Commercial Sales management experience.
Your Impact:
Develop and nurture a growing and diverse team that is seen as trusted advisors to our customers and internal team members.
Support Account Executives by participating in and leading client meetings, and engaging other corporate resources as needed.
Manage a high-performance team, including recruiting, hiring, and training.
Foster strong team unity, internal connections, and collaboration across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Lead weekly forecast meetings.
Drive pipeline generation initiatives to enhance revenue opportunities for customer accounts.
Mentor and professionally develop Account Executives to ensure high closure rates and opportunity identification.
Engage with C-level executives in customer organizations.
Develop the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the team.
Provide accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to Area Sales Management.
Consistently supervise and enhance the sales activities of the team.
Promote an inclusive and winning team spirit.
Required Skills:
Proven track record in building and managing high-performance teams.
Ability to operate and navigate successfully in a matrixed, multi-product sales environment.
Experience selling transformational technology solutions to major Enterprise customers.
Previous experience in solution sales, particularly Software/SaaS/Cloud.
Interest in, and/or experience with, positioning/selling Data and Analytics solutions.
Demonstrated and proven sales leadership experience, managing teams working with complex customers.
Prior people management experience.
Passion for building a growing and diverse team.
Proven ability to create and inspire high-performing teams.
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to inspire and build trusted relationships both internally and externally.
Passion for supporting team development and personal self-improvement.
Excellent negotiation skills.
A self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced environment.
