Company Overview: Join a leading digital forwarding company that is revolutionising the logistics and supply chain industry.

Responsibilities:

– Lead new business development initiatives across Europe.

– Manage a team of 3 Regional Sales Managers and oversee 30 FTEs.

– Drive sales growth with a responsibility for over €400M in annual sales.

– Expand the customer base within FMCG, Retail, and Industrial sectors.

– Implement strategic plans to enhance market presence and competitiveness.

– Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

– Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

– Ensure alignment between sales targets and organisational goals.

– Provide coaching and mentorship to sales teams to maximise performance.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in logistics or supply chain.

– Strong understanding of FMCG, Retail, and Industrial sectors.

– Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making.

– Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).

– Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
