As the Regional Sales Director for Cebu, you will steer and scale Newfold’s sales operations across the region ensuring that sales and product channel operations co-operate in facilitating effective coverage and identifying business opportunities, you will perform a strategic role on the leadership table.

We are therefore seeking a truly exceptional person who will be ‘at home’ building, guiding, and managing approximately 100+ sales people, managers & team leaders across the region.

This role requires inspirational sales leadership and operational expertise & management to drive continued double-digit growth across the ANZ Region. This consequently represents a unique opportunity to play a major part in the success of Newfold as a whole.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

Lead engagement & growth via strategy and execution.Coach & manage the day-to-day functions of the sales teamCreate strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels Understand and effectively communicate the company's value prop, tech, process and current partnershipsEstablish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.Analyse pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights, typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, Win/Loss, Age etc.Report on key KPIs related to the lead and the opportunity waterfall in order to implement a consistent closed loop between marketing and salesWork collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams and foster a culture of continuous process improvement. Manage and implement accurate sales forecasting, planning and buyer driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

Experience & Expertise

Sales Leadership: Minimum 10 years Sales leadership experience, ideally Services sales for Web Hosting or Digital solutions. A proven ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and internally within global organisations.Pre-Sales: Proven track record working with solutioning teams to ensure strategic offerings resonate in the market and IP creation improves Newfold’s competitive positioning.Business Development: Track record for influencing and leveraging marketing to deliver growth. Has a strong network of relationships in the market that can be leveraged to enable Newfold’s success.Product: Familiarity and knowledge of Tech/IT solutions and services and CRM knowledge.Delivery Excellence: Proven track record working with delivery to deliver a complex range of advisory, implementation and managed services to a variety of industries with consistently strong client outcomes.
