You are responsible for the high-quality operations of your region’s stores through your District Managers. You have ideas to share and have a seat at the table. You understand long-term and short-term plays. You know how to hire well and build high functioning teams. Teaching, training, and coaching are your core competencies. You deliver on financial performance in your markets. You lead by example. You know your stuff. You care.

What You’ve Probably Done

Worked your way up in the multi-unit retail space and have overseen territories Held accountability for inventory, payroll, scheduling and other operational requirements Proved operational effectiveness resulting in revenue growth Developed keen leadership skills Set and/or contributed to company-wide strategies
