Regional Sales Director
The Regional Sales Director (RSD) is responsible for managing and developing accounts within the Enterprise market throughout the assigned territory. You will represent A10 Networks, utilizing a high-touch, high-value sales model to effectively position our technology in key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships and drive new account sales across the territoryBuild a robust sales pipeline to achieve personal and team quotasIdentify and qualify business opportunities within the Enterprise market, supporting the development of effective resellersDrive end-user sales and upsell opportunities for existing customers, focusing on growth and exceeding assigned targetsCreate and present professional sales presentations, manage project progress, and follow up with potential leadsCollaborate with partners to close deals and finalize contracts while effectively communicating A10's value propositionsManage sales forecasts and short-term/long-term business plans, regularly reviewing progress with managementMaintain ongoing communication with the Sales Engineering team and external partners to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales lifecycleQualifications:
Proven experience as part of an account sales team selling network, infrastructure, security, or software solutionsEstablished relationships with a diverse range of Enterprise accounts and Channel PartnersExperience in value-based selling, with familiarity in ROI and TCO proposalsIn-depth knowledge of Application, Network Infrastructure, and Security, with a strong preference for application layer experienceAbility to implement a "Cradle to Grave" sales strategy, from cold calling to closing, while engaging end-usersCandidate Background:
Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 4 years in the Internet or networking marketA BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience is preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills, including formal presentation capabilitiesSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure with limited resourcesStrategic thinker with the ability to build a stable business streamProficient in Salesforce.com (SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)A10 Networks is an equal opportunity employer and a VEVRAA federal subcontractor.
