About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional leader with a stellar sales record that will capitalize on strategic accounts, be a self-starter and love working in a multifaceted environment with an outstanding team of people. As a Regional Sales Director for Customer Base Account Executives, you will lead, coach and mentor the team, helping them improve the long term revenue opportunity with our existing customers. Your team will take ownership of securing renewals and manage and grow relationships with our valued existing customers, ensuring that they receive an excellent engagement experience during the up-sell and renewal process. You will lead a team of hard-working, enthusiastic and motivated people who want to be part of one of the most innovative and pioneering cloud companies on the planet. In this role, you will:

Be a key leader passionate about driving new business for Workday within the existing customer base in Sweden and Norway.

Lead a team passionate about driving complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales support

Use your experience to lead, coach and mentor a field sales team for your assigned territory 

Employ  effective selling strategies to successfully position Workday as a viable cloud partner of choice to alternative to legacy ERP solutions

About You

Basic Qualifications:

12+ years of field sales & management experience at a SaaS company, ideally focused on working with upselling/renewals within an existing customer base.

Experience selling cloud/ SaaS/ ERP solutions

Experience in cultivating relationships with partners and alliances

Experience managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue/quota attainment

Experience as a leader in a successful team selling environment

Experience addressing C-level customers with a value

Experience of value based selling.

Other Qualifications:

Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday solutions within accounts

Proven experience of pulling together departments or business units to maximize on sales

Experience maintaining accurate forecasting data and business modeling for senior leadership

Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment

Consultative Selling skills

Strong negotiation skills

Fluent Swedish or Norwegian and English
