Regional Sales Director - TX/OK/KS - Tri-anim Health Services - Remote
Overview The Tri-anim Health Services Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading sales activities in TX, OK, and KS including strategy and corresponding tactics implementation, year-over-year revenue growth, region profitability, and support and direction for Account Managers. Candidates must live within the region in Texas or Oklahoma. Tri-anim Health Services, a division of Sarnova, provides innovative respiratory, anesthesia and critical care products and therapies to hospitals, health systems and other patient care facilities nationwide. This is a 100% remote based opportunity. Responsibilities Summary: The Tri-anim Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading sales activities in the region including strategy and corresponding tactics implementation, year-over-year revenue growth, region profitability, and support and direction for Account Managers. Your position will allow for mentoring account managers while growing a team and developing relationships with our vendor partners. You truly impact the success of the Tri-anim product portfolio by ensuring vital success and growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manages execution of strategies and tactics that motivates the Regional Sales team to achieve their annual sales and gross profit dollar quotas. Administers established sales processes and metrics for increased productivity, profitable revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Collaborates with the Vice President of Sales to develop region’s quarterly and annual sales goals and objectives by product line. Monitors and informs Account Managers and Region of progress against sales objectives. Makes appropriate and timely decisions to ensure performance is tracking to or exceeding plans. Collaborates with Vice President of Sales in administering the sales compensation plan and determining individual Account Manager’s annual sales quotas. Develops and maintains relationships with key customers and suppliers to stay abreast of current and emerging customer needs. Stay abreast of regional market to stay current on customer needs, volume potential and pricing requirements. Establishes an active role in coaching direct reports through individual performance feedback, team meetings, stretch assignments, regional sales meetings and national sales meetings. Guides account managers through effective, collaborative relationships that accomplish sales objectives and creates an open and supportive work environment. Ensures sales team is equipped with the tools and resources to drive profitable revenue growth. Participates as an active member of the Sales Leadership team. Skills/Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience. Minimum of five years’ field sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quota within medical device/disposables, medical distribution or related medical industry. Minimum of three years’ sales management experience. Experience Managing sales teams in the pre-hospital, healthcare, or related medical industry is preferred.
