The Regional Sales Enablement Director is a critical part of the Regional President’s leadership team supporting the entirety of their respective region. This position is poised to primarily partner with the Regional President on sales enablement activities across the region while secondarily partnering with the national Sales Enablement team on national Sales Enablement initiatives. This is a critical role designed to enable our Regional Presidents to effectively lead change management initiatives across their region.
This is a remote role with travel up to 50% throughout the sales territory: Broader Chicago metro, Dallas, Houston and Austin. The candidate for this position must reside within the sales territory.
Essential Job Duties
Strategic Sales Enablement partner to Regional President, RVPs, Branch Managers and other field leadership roles within respective region(s).
Partner with Regional Presidents and RVPs on regional and metro specific business activities, goals and performance initiatives Partner with leadership and finance on Agent Commission Plan rollouts, rollbacks or changes Primary liaison for cross-functional support departments (i.e. Finance, HR, Product, Legal) Manage all onboarding activities for all leadership roles within region ensuring connectivity and set up of employee tools and devicesField Liaison for Footprint transformation execution, working closely with National Director, Facilities and JLL project management team on execution of transformation actions, in lock step with Sr Field Finance Manager on all footprint actions.
Active participation in all footprint transformation meetings Responsible for the local execution of all footprint changes (downsizes, closures, etc.) Critical issue resource for Branch Leaders and RVPs for all facility related situations Partner with Regional President on the execution of any acquisition and divesture activitiesPartner with CBR Sales Enablement department on all change initiatives within respective region(s).
Lead change management initiatives and implementations by being Change Agents for field leadership and employees. Footprint transformation efforts, Regional Manager/Director will help lead region-specific M&A operational integration and divestitures in partnership with CBR National Director of Operations and key functional leaders. Field Liaison for Project Practice (gathering commission business practices across regional footprint). Work closely with CBR Sales Enablement team on implementing and enabling Agent products and value proposition enhancement (for eg. National Agent forms initiative including ZipForms and Dotloop, Coupa roll out, Next Available enhancements).Qualifications:
4-6 years’ experience real estate brokerage operations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design, structure and lead projects Strategic mentality, data-driven and analytical approach to solving problems Excels at building relationships and networks; influences others to achieve outcomes Systems and process-thinker; loves creating order Ability to develop deep insights, uncover unmet needs, drive innovation, encourage, develop, collaborate and lead within a matrixed environment Must be able to operate well under ambiguity and pivot as needed Strong communication and presentation skills Potential for domestic travel up to 50%
