YOUR ROLE
Utilize the extensive knowledge of InvisiPrint, RepelFlex and find the new business opportunity. Utilize the extensive knowledge of InvisiPrint, RepelFlex and find new trend, market needs, technology that can strengthen NBD's product portfolio. Solicit and log customer feedback and evaluate the data to help technical team improve products. Collaborate with Business Development Director and other internal key players in discussing needs and requirements with customers, and relay to product/technical team. Provide technical sales support. Prepare and develop technical presentations and material to assist with sales process and prospecting with customers. Assist Business Development Director in building and maintaining relationships with key customers and help prospect for new customers. Identify objectives and create action plans to gain and sustain both short and long term sales of products.YOUR SKILLS
7 years experience in related fields Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering and related field Specialization in Chemistry, Material or R&D Technical background in related fields Experience in supporting customers as a chemist/application engineer Native level of Japanese and ability to read and write in English Experience in target customers, industries and applications is a plus Knowledge and experience dealing with display makers and related manufactures is a plus Masters degree in a related field is a plusAt Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
