The Regional Sales Executive is a work from home, individual contributor opportunity responsible for generating revenue through direct sales to enterprise organizations in the facilities out of hospital market. Target organizations include skilled nursing facilities, assisted living providers, CCRCs and diversified owner or operators in the senior care market. In this role, you will be required to establish and maintain high-level professional relationships with key decision-makers, implement and execute sales and marketing strategies in order to achieve sales objectives. Additional responsibilities include appropriate coordination between sales, marketing, contract administration, and operations. Identify, target, and generate a consistent revenue stream from qualified long-term care clients through effective and systematic, sales executionDevelop and implement market-specific strategic sales and marketing plan to achieve objectives for areas of responsibilityEstablish and maintain relationships with key area healthcare executives and professionals in the marketAttend and coordinate state and national industry Trade ShowsParticipate in professional societies and activities related to the health care industry, as appropriateIdentify both new business opportunities and new customer call points within the market served for additional revenue opportunityBuild, maintain and update Salesforce CRM, as requiredCoordinate joint sales & marketing efforts as appropriateChampion the concept, principles, and services of MatrixCare

 

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelor’s Degree. A combination of education and experience will be accepted5 + years of experience in healthcare software salesExperience in software sales to the long-term care industry and/or a high-level consultative healthcare product and/or service sales experience is preferredA demonstrated record of accomplishments in healthcare-related salesStrong high-level communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsEffective sales management and organizational skillsSelf-­motivated and ability to work with minimal supervisionResults orientedA proven team playerExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsComputer literate in Salesforce, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

 

Preferred:

MBADistinguished by additional specialized knowledge in breadth and/or depth, as well as record of success in sales.Viewed as an expert in the field.Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.Has expert level knowledge of company products and services and may be tasked with introducing new products.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:

Total Base Pay Range:

130,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD Annual
