We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Crop Protection & Seeds team as Regional Commercial Leader in Paraguay!

The Regional Sales Leader position at Corteva plays a key role defining the short and long term sales strategy, guided by the company's aspirations and priorities for the seed and crop protection markets. He is primarily responsible for the financial operations and results of the discipline. Collaborates with the management team and key stakeholders to develop solutions to complex problems across the region or function.

Responsibilities:

Develop Talent and drive team engagement.Define and implement Route-to-market access strategies seeking greater market share.Create and foster a sustainable relationship with farmers.Provide competitive market analysis, focusing on trends and opportunities to adjust strategic planManage sales performance through the implementation of sales campaigns and adjusting the plan to maximize its delivery versus market risks and opportunities.

Requisitions

Experience in multiple sales channels such as: distribution, cooperatives, direct salesSolid experience in the Seeds and/or Crop marketsManage sales metrics, market share and gross marginSales Ramp Up of new productsBudget managementManage demand assertivenessSolid experience Marketing and related rolesEnglish skills – advanced/fluente is desirableResidence in Paraguay or availability to relocation as local hire
