Responsibilities Purpose of Position (Summary): This position will be responsible for the development of Fire Service business in the assigned sales area, in close cooperation with peers and channel partners. The goal of the position is to promote MSA portfolio (Fire helmets, Fire Protective clothing, Breathing Apparatus, gas detection and connected solutions) and grow market share with demand creation activities and customer acquisition. Identifying key decision makers, developing good relationships and pro-actively managing sales pipeline in each Fire Department “SDIS” is essential This is a Remote role with extensive % of travelling. Preferred location of the candidate: North-West part of France, between Nantes, Bordeaux and Tours Geographical scope of the role: West of France, 5 regions : Brittany, Normandy, Pays de Loire, Centre Val de Loire, Nouvelle Aquitaine % of Time # Major Responsibilities 60% 1. Major responsibility in Sales Development Visiting existing customers, identifying needs, working on specs and developing presentations on product. Support the distributor network and area sales manager for trade events. Reach the sales target for the region by driving the core product sales. 15% 2. Major responsibility Train & Support Train and support users in cooperation with MSA and Channel Partner teams 10% 3. Major responsibility Project Management Report on key customer accounts, developing action plans and tracking the progress. Manage projects while using Salesforce 10% 4. Major responsibility Regional Shows Participation in trade shows, organization of technical days, participation in region Fire Fighters technical meeting. 5% 5. Product specialist & communication Be curious and develop knowledge in new products and technology. Participate in trainings to develop skills Qualifications High Level Requirements of Position: Experience (required): 1. A minimum of 5 years in sales experience 2. Work in Fire Fighter environment / Know Fire Fighter work specifics and needs 3. Product presentation skills and field experience 4. Written & spoken - Fluent French and English 5. Comfortable with technology and connectivity Experience (preferred): Tender process experience Salesforce CRM Education (required): Technical or Business administration Education (preferred): Technical Sales Travel: Estimated 75%
