Regional Sales Manager, K12

Position Responsibilities:

This is a position for a highly motivated, professional, and organized individual that is a true team player.  Our rapid growth requires an individual who can manage priorities and reach assigned territory goals in an ever changing environment.  The Regional Sales Manager, K12 will play an integral role in the success of the organization. Specifically s/he will be responsible for:

Cultivating interest and meetings for K-12 (Large Districts and High Schools) prospects through cold/warm calls, emails, web based demonstrations, and networking events Heavy prospecting required to build pipeline and drive sales for designated region Meeting quantitative goals for prospecting, and quota attainment Weekly maintenance of opportunity and activity records in our CRM (Salesforce.com) Travel to onsite meetings for key prospects within designated region

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines Bright, energetic professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment Self-driven and independent Strong attention to detail Exceeded performance metrics for 90% of their sales career

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Sales experience: 2+ years, preferably in education sector Passion & Creativity! Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication Computer proficiency: Salesforce and MS Office (Will teach Salesforce) Travel: 40%  (2-3 planned trips per quarter
