Regional Sales Manager, Surgical Technologies Iberia
**The Job's Mission** Reporting to the Business Unit Manager of the Surgical Technology and Orthopedic Instruments division in Spain, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the management of the sales district, the leadership of employees, including indirect channels, as well as sales/turnover, so that optimized customer service and acquisition of new customers is guaranteed. Find more information about the division’s products. **Surgical Technologies** : https://www.stryker.com/us/en/surgical-technologies.html **What you will do:** + Reporting directly into the Business Unit Manager ST/OI Southern Europe, you will lead a sales team to ensure that financial & performance objectives are met + Accurately forecast business and a sustainable develop sales pipeline. + Attract, develop, engage and lead a high performing sales team, supporting and driving them to accelerate business + Support and collaborate with our Enabling Function teams to ensure a smooth Order to Cash process is maintained and our customers receive the highest levels of service. + Ensure positive and detailed account communication between the team and other in-house teams, providing feedback to senior management as required. + Develop strategic healthcare systems relationships. + Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, such as revenue, sales activities, and conversion rates, and take corrective actions as necessary. + Embrace & enable change to simplify, scale & innovate + Demonstrated proficiency in leading complex sales cycles typically defined as six months or longer with multiple partners, decision-makers, and influencers at multiple levels. **Requirements of the role:** Minimum Qualifications: + Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field + Native or C2 level of Spanish with intermediate level of English (B2) + Proven success over at least 5 years within a sales role with demonstrable examples of where you have informally led others + A track record of achieving and exceeding targets + Knowledge of Medical Device environment & regulations Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired): + Sales Experience within the healthcare sector + Experience with sales of Capital equipment & Disposable + Experience managing direct and indirect sales teams + Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines + Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority + Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies + Demonstrated proficiency in Sales CRMs Territory and Travel: + Territory: Iberia + Travel Percentage: 50% + Base Location: Any well-connected city of Spain.
