Regional Sales Manager – Nashville, Tennessee

Mackenzie Stuart is working closely with a leading warehousing solutions company specializing in automation and intralogistics.

They are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for driving sales efforts across the region, with a focus on meeting and exceeding market share and sales targets.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

Managing the sales team to ensure activity, market share, and sales targets are exceeded.Building a culture of achievement through a relentless focus on results.Reviewing proposals to ensure they meet customer needs and align with quality standards.Conducting sales meetings with key and target accounts.Leading daily sales huddles to prioritize efforts and coaching team members during ride-along sessions.Developing and executing strategic account plans using customer research and industry intel.Collaborating with corporate sales and strategy teams to implement effective sales strategies.Approving sales orders and commissions while managing overdue accounts with the A/R Manager.

Requirements:

5+ years of consultative sales experience (preferred).2+ years of sales management experience, preferably in forklifts or other industrial sales.Strong sales management skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Proficiency in CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and an openness to learning new technology.Bachelor’s degree required.
