Sales Manager to lead our aftermarket sales operations in
western region. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical,
and strategic planning skills to ensure the growth and sustainability of our
business. This role focuses on building a robust process system, developing
high-performing teams, implementing effective go-to-market strategies, and
maintaining market competitiveness.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement customer-specific strategy
Design customer development plan and develop customer measures and initiatives
Define customer-specific targets (on region and product group level) and ensure tracking
Drive customer interests/requests through Hella organization.
Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand market dynamics and identify areas of differentiation.
Formulate strategies to maintain and enhance the company’s competitive edge in the aftermarket sector.
Design, implement, and optimize sales processes to enhance operational efficiency and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans tailored to the aftermarket segment.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on positioning, messaging, and promotions.
The candidate must possess strong financial acumen and must have exposure of managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement of his zone
Provide fast escalation of customer topics through the Hella organization
Represent Hella on all customer events like fairs or customer garage events
