Regional Sales Manager

Expand market coverage of company products through the addition of new business partners and customers in the assigned area of responsibility by achieving the annual sales and collection target of the General trade by territory and per product basis as set by management through effective management of field sales force.

Responsible for the sales and marketing development of the assigned region; Overall management and supervision of the regional sales personnel for the general trade business segment; Responsible for achieving yearly sales and collection targets of all districts CTRs based on monthly, quarterly, semestral and yearly target; Identify, establish and maintain rapport and good relationship with key distributors in cities and key the region; Manage and control field operational expenses as allocated to all CTR’s and CPS to an acceptable level; Identify and recommend solutions to problems affecting new products’ market acceptance; Establish and increase market share of company’s products in the general trade market segment; Perform yearly performance appraisal of sales personnel and staff with the objective of identifying potential stars and weeding out weak performers; and Monitor competitor’s activities in general trade segment and provide relevant management information.
