Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Regional Sales Manager for Victoria. This is a Maximum term (2 Years) full-time opportunity, it will be a head office based role out of our headquarters in Clayton which will require regional, domestic and occasional international travel. 

Position responsibilities will include:

Identify and evaluate specific robotics & automation, manufacturing consulting and equipment servicing business opportunities. Identify, build, and manage long term relationships with strategic partners.Conduct key customer business acquisition. Co-ordinate marketing and advertising activities for VIC.. Support and represent Bosch at exhibitions and conferences. Be the frontline sales interface for VIC customers. Facilitate regular discussions, meetings, and conferences with BAMS customers. Develop and implement business and go-to-market strategy in VIC. Analyse and interpret market data to identify business opportunities. Identify cross selling opportunities. Co-operate with divisional partners to access market opportunities.

Qualifications

We are looking for a conscientious professional with the ability to work across multiple business units, manage diverse topics and priorities, establish networks across all levels of an organisation. 

To be considered for this position you are required to meet the following criteria: 

Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field. Experience in selling capital equipment is very highly regarded, preferably in Automation. Experience in the Factory Automation, Robotics or Industry 4.0 (I4.0) in Manufacturing field.Demonstrated hands on experience managing an extensive sales region. High level of sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office and advanced Excel skills. Good understanding of Technical Drawings.Experience in Salesforce platform desirable. Current and valid driver’s license. Experience in event organisation.  This role will require regular domestic travel and occasional international travel.
