The position of Regional Sales Manager will GROW the Wells Lamont Industrial Business in assigned region. The RSM will focus on interfacing with End Users as well as key Industrial Distribution Partners to drive sales of new and existing WLI Products. In addition to driving sales, the RSM will be responsible for internal collaboration with the Product Development Team developing, trialing and collecting feedback on new and potential products for the portfolio. This position will report to the Director of Sales.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for all Industrial Sales within Assigned TerritoryManage Distribution- Educate and Guide the efforts of Distribution Sales Representatives with joint sales meetings, training sessions, end user audits and product knowledge sessionsTarget End Users- Define and build planMaintain End Users- Define and build plan

Develop and Present Regional Sales Plan to Senior ManagementDemonstrate Understanding of product portfolio, applications within Industry and how products flow through the ChannelDefine New/Target User Base, make sales calls, establish end user relationships, trial products and close sales with pull through demand modelDefine Existing User Base with the addition of new products/high value solutions

Interface with managementRepresenting the brand at Local, Regional and National Trade ShowsProvide ownership and management with regular forecasting of high volume product in assigned geographyCollaborating with senior executives to execute a sales goal for assigned regionForecasting high volume product demand monthly

Requirements

As a requirement of Employment, the Candidate shall:

Bachelors degree required, Masters Degree PreferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in Hand and Arm Protection Sales within Industrial ApplicationsMinimum of 10 years of interaction with regional industrial baseAbility to travel by car and plane within assigned regionAbility to Communicate with the Shop Floor to the C-SuiteAbility and track record of effectively maintaining and growing a sales territoryAbility to manage, refine, model and arrive at conclusions from large datasets
