Job Description 职责描述:
In the responsible area, formulate and implement sales and business development plan according to sales and business development strategy to achieve sales target.在负责区域内,根据公司销售及业务发展策略,制定并执行销售及业务发展计划,完成销售指标;
Follow up and responsible for the development of key projects and key customers in the region, coordinate the internal and external resources of the company to achieve the sales target.跟踪负责区域内重点项目及关键客户开发,协调公司内外部资源以达成销售目标;
Explore the market and business opportunities, responsible for the development of new customers in the region and maintain the relationship with existing customers.开拓市场,挖掘业务机会,负责区域内新客户的开发与现有客户的关系维护;
Develop and cultivate new sales channels, provide technical support and manage the distributors in the area.发展和培养新的销售渠道,提供技术支持,并管理负责区域内经销商体系;
Complete relevant sales reports and assist finance department to return accounts receivable in time.完成相关销售报告,协助财务部及时回笼应收账款;
Complete other matters arranged by the superior on time.按时完成上级安排其他事宜。
Job Profile 职位要求:
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering or related.大学本科或以上学历,机械、化学、化工或相关专业毕业。
At least 5 years sales experience in large and medium-sized enterprises or foreign-funded enterprises.5年以上大中型企业或外资企业销售经验。
Strong communication and coordination skills with team spirit.具备较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.具备较强的责任心及主动性,热爱本职工作。
Adapt to frequent business trips.能够适应经常出差。
