We are looking for a driven individual who thrives in managing complex sales and is adept at identifying new opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. A strong focus on relationship-building and gathering valuable market insights will be essential for success in this role. Please note that frequent overnight travel is required.

Responsibilities Takes full ownership of the assigned region, strategically planning, and executing sales initiativesBuilds and leverages strong relationships with contacts across a variety of functions within customer organizations Manages territories’ accounts including market evaluation, margin analysis, forecasting, competitive market information gathering, and quality improvement initiativesRegularly updates CRM with pertinent market and customer informationCollaborates cross-functionally with internal teamsAttends customer visits, trade shows, and industry events, ensuring a visible and active presence in our marketsFrequent overnight travel will be required to effectively manage the territory and meet with clients in person Qualifications Sales experience, 5-year minimum is preferredStrong business acumen with demonstrated negotiation skillsExceptional and proven verbal and written communication skillsAptitude for problem solving and conflict resolutionKeen attention to detailSalesforce or other CRM platform experienceAbility to work independently and as a member of a team with excellent interpersonal skillsProficient with Microsoft products
