Job Responsibilities :Nordic Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of gaming peripherals within the Nordic regionDeveloping Sales Strategies: Creating and implementing sales plans and quotas to achieve company objectives.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and clients.
Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and addressing potential problems.
Sales Forecasting: Forecasting sales goals and preparing reports on regional sales results.
Training and Development: Providing training and support to Partner sales staff to improve their techniques and presentation skills.
Budget Management: Preparing and reviewing budgets for the sales region, being the Profit gate keeper
Travel: Traveling for in-person meetings with customers and partners to develop key relationships.
Marketing: Manage custom asset development in collaboration with the European Marketing team
Requirements:
Experience: Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales role in the Nordics
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Nordic market and gaming peripherals industry.
