Regional Sales Manager

This job position is located in Kerman or Bandar Abbas and the territory is the Southeastern provinces of Iran.
• Manage sales procedures in the region.
• Manage area sales managers under supervision in designated region.
• Follow up distributors and sub-distributors contracts (prices, targets, payment, coverage, exclusivity, reporting, etc.).
• Monitor sales KPIs (volume, coverage, payments, etc.).
• Expand the business by searching for new Sub-Ds or replacing existing ones for better results.
• Organize sales ordering systems.
• Follow up on the stock level in the factory and warehouse and the fair distribution of products between Sub-Ds.
• Ensure that all routes/areas are optimally covered, and the sales team understands the sales plans for their areas in line with the company RTM strategy and service package.
• Participate in annual budget planning.
• Monitor and control levels of credit in the market.
• Report periodically on the progress and results of the sales, analyze development areas and make recommendations.
• Regular meetings with top distributors, setting monthly targets, and controlling month-end deferred rebates.
Requirements
• A resident of Kerman or Bandar Abbas.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA graduates; a master’s degree in management is preferred.
• Fluent in English, operations, marketing basics, and finance (P&L).
• Presentation skills - MS Office.
• High communication skills.
• Leadership skills (people under supervision).
• Teamwork spirit.

• Effective report-writing skills.
