Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Korea
Location: Seoul, Korea
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing accounts and strategic customer relationships throughout the assigned territory and supporting Enterprise, Web2.0 and Gaming business through distribution.
Responsible for representing A10 Networks and selling its products and services to assigned accounts and distribution, you will employ a high-touch, high-value sales model to successfully position A10 Networks' technology into accounts and develop a robust sales pipeline to achieve Personal and Team quotas.
What You’ll be Doing:
Prepare formal proposals and presentations, presents to all levels of the organization including executives, leads negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes and overcome objectives to closure, and closes sales in a professional and effective mannerResponsible for significant key partner relationship management and development.Facilitate executive-level relationships between the customer, A10 and its partners including facilitating communication on strategic and tactical issues and maintaining continuityMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments and government regulations that affect target marketsMust understand organization’s business needs, develop application of products and services and communicate how A10’s technical value-added solutions will address those needsResearch and develop lists of potential customers within an organization; regularly follow-up on leads and developing leads, and act to close dealsAssume a leadership role in coordinating account strategy and tactics for sales support team (inside sales, systems engineering, sales management)Assume full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process, ensure SalesForce is utilized appropriately and maintained regularlyDevelop and maintain detailed account profiles including organizational charts for all accounts to be reviewed by management quarterlyPartner with internal and external teams and channels to develop innovative technical solutions to maximize A10´s footprint and Customer-dependent accountPerform other related duties as assignedWhat We’re Looking For:
BA Degree or relevant degree with at least 10+ years of sales experience, working as part of sales team selling network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota targets.Solid experience in vertical sales strategy in Enterprises (manufacturing, financial, banking, retail, utilities, transportation, etc.), Web2.0 as the portal and Gaming companies.A solid background in value-based selling and experience of working with ROI and TCO based proposals for customers, with prior relationships with a wide range of accounts and channel partnersExperience of a two-tier Distribution model is a must, along with strategic planning ability to build a stable business streamThe ability to work under pressure with limited resources and self-motivation for new challenges to deliver results successfullyA good working knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC), as well as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointDemonstrated selling skills in a complex matrix environmentDemonstrates effective use of internal relationships and resourcesStrong ability to effectively manage time and prioritize workload, develop and manage pipeline and forecastingIndustry-specific experience with proven track record in account planning and successful execution are requiredHighly require selling experience with success to large scale companies and customersWay to Stand Out
