Description
Job Summary: The Sales Support Manager will be responsible for expanding our business in the capital equipment sector. This role involves supporting a few regional sales representatives and identifying new business opportunities and building out our dealer network internationally, with a sales cycle ranging from 6 months to a year. Some travel may be required for client meetings, trade shows, and training new hires on a as needed basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities and clients in various markets.
Support and collaborate with regional sales representatives to achieve sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the capital equipment industry.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Travel to client sites, trade shows, and other events as required to promote products and services.
Train and mentor new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to sr management.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $135000.00/hr.
