In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Develop and communicate strategy for the region, aligning efforts with high-level business objectives. Collaborate with all sales engineers to develop territory and customer plans to improve revenue in the assigned region. Support the development of strategic sales opportunities and maintain positive relationships with key collaborators in key client accounts. Coordinate client interactions with field sales engineers and support functions Lead sales activities in the region (e.g., new products launches, account assignments and current customer needs), maintain and update customer, projects databases on an ongoing basis. Ensure compliance with the Company's Ethics in Business principles, all vital foreign trade regulations and rules adopted by the Company. Interact with the trade compliance manager.Who You Are:

Consistent track record in the ability to drive increased resiliency in the sales team to pace overall sales goals. Experienced in attracting, building and developing a diversified, balanced and effective team; efficiently collaborates with collaborators outside the region to identify appropriate roles to advance talent. Develops succession plan as needed. Strong business and financial savvy and financial awareness. Ability to strategically prioritize and appropriately adapt and improve strategic sales approach as needed to focus on high value and likely to gain opportunities / customers. Resourceful and adept at using internal resources to improve overall effectiveness. Always stay abreast of industry updates and maintain reliable and current information on new product launches/updates. Flexible, able to establish trusting relationships with customers and coworkers. Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a sophisticated matrix organization.
Proficiency in English Willingness to travel on business.

Professional certifications that confirm your knowledge and experience in energy, oil refining, chemistry strongly preferred. MBA will be an advantage. Outstanding sales and business development skills strongly preferred. Coach and talent development professional who sets clear expectations, provides continuous feedback and motivates project team to achieve their highest potential. Deep professional understanding of sales & supply chain processes is strongly preferred. Experience in working as sales manager in a matrix organization is preferred.
