As a Regional Sales Manager - Brazil, you will be responsible for:

Within Brazil country responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions and projects supporting regional orders growth and targetsHandles standardized and customized products & solutions with pre-defined options requiring outcome & consultant selling approachContributes to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Works on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.Handles diverse clients in a region.Leads a department with medium-sized estimated orders.Handles local focus on Medium size territoryHandles direct sales with determined key accounts. Required Key Account Management SkillsManages Channel Partners structure for a win strategy on the region. Previous experience requiredAvailable to travel 50% work time

To be successful in this role you will have:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferred Engineering from an accredited university or college.Demonstrate experience in technology B2B Direct Sales & Channel Partner ManagementKnowledge on Instrumentation & Controls applications and markets.Being able to speak fluently Portuguese and English.Previous experience with Process Industry (Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Refinery, Steel, Chemical, Food and Cellulose and Paper) and Engineering Companies (EPCs).Contracts negotiation (Services and Solutions) with previous experience requiredChannel Partner management to lead a country growth strategy, with capillarity to cover the territory definedKey account management previous experience with main EPCs, NOC and IOCs
