General Profile

Defines short- and long-term sales strategy guided by the company aspiration and priorities for the Seed and Crop Protection markets. Has primary accountability for financial operation and results for discipline. Partner with leadership team and key stakeholders to develop solutions to complex region or function-wide issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Talent and drive team engagement.Define and implement Route-to-market access strategies seeking greater market share.Create and foster a sustainable relationship with farmers.Provide competitive market analysis, focusing on trends and opportunities to adjust strategic planManage sales performance through the implementation of sales campaigns and adjusting the plan to maximize its delivery versus market risks and opportunities.
