Regional Sales Manager Escrow -Burnet Title - US Based Remote

We are seeking a qualified sales manager to help keep our revenue engine running through their own skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. Our ideal sales manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with a strategic mindset and the ability to coach, advise and motivate sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.
Job Responsibilities:
· Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience in addition to sales experience.
· Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
· Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the sales team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
· Generate leads and build and maintain client relationships.
· Recruit Sales Representatives, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
· Oversee the sales team to ensure Company sales goals and objectives are met by holding regular check-ins with team to set clear expectations, coach and monitor progress regularly.
· Proven experience in creating, establishing and maintaining sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly and annual sales goals.
Job Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience in addition to sales experience.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Strong leadership ability.
· Ability to travel at least 20% of the time throughout the Minneapolis metro area and Milwaukee.
· Must be able to quickly grasp thorough knowledge of the title and closing business, including all appropriate laws, regulations, and guidelines specific to Minnesota and Wisconsin.
· Proven selling, business development, and relationship building skills.
· Strong computer and technology aptitude. Minimum intermediate knowledge of the full Microsoft suite of products and the ability to quickly learn other internal programs required.
· Must understand how to work with and engage team players and clients both in person and virtually.
· Title, real estate, mortgage, or financial services sales experience preferred.
