This role is responsible to help achieve RR Sales Target to support Partnership Distribution growth, namely the increase of AFYP, Regular Premium Sales, Insurance Advisor Productivity and Persistency in the supervised areas.Preferred skills:
Successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsCommitted to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferencesDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeStrong business sense and industry expertiseExcellent mentoring, coaching and people management skillsQualifications :
Min of a Bachelor degree, preferably from Finance, Business and Sales background.Having a Certification in Financial Planning, leadership and/or Sales Management are preferableA 5 years plus of experience in managing Bancassurance businessResponsibilities:
Develop sales strategy to ensure RR sales target is achievedActively communicate and closely engage with bank partners to drive sales through several initiatives and programsActively coordinate with related Departments to support functions, such as budgeting, event, manpower, to ensure activities are run smoothlyMonitor data of sales achievement as well as sales performance related to production and contestEnsuring Sales Quality is excellent using sales indicators of persistency, client satisfaction, and productivityJob Category:
