As Regional Sales Manager Nordics & Baltics, you'll :
✅ Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team across the region
✅ Drive strategic execution across a diverse portfolio (equipment, consumables, genomics, services) with a customer-targeted approach including Key Account management
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally and regionally to deliver impactful results
✅ Be a key contributor to our European leadership team, working alongside fellow RSMs including your peer covering France & Italy
✅ Engage with private clinics and public markets, including tender processes — expertise in public procurement is a strong asset.
This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to mobilize and align all available resources — both within the region and across expert functions. The ability to federate cross-functional teams and drive collective impact is key to delivering exceptional customer outcomes and commercial performance.
