The Regional Sales Manager at Emerson plays a critical role in driving sales growth and leading key accounts. Reporting to the Director of Sales for North America, this individual is responsible for aligning sales strategies with annual business objectives, influencing senior leadership, and providing support to Channel Partners to ensure above year-over-year market rate growth. With a strong focus on revenue management and resource alignment, the RSM ensures technical support, quote response, pricing, and deliveries meet the region's market requirements. The ideal candidate for this position holds an undergraduate degree, preferably in Engineering or Marketing, and has 5 years of experience in the flow control industry with a deep understanding of valve and actuation applications or related fluid mechanics and electro-mechanical equipment. With a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a technical sales environment, including team development, the Regional Sales Manager demonstrates strong leadership and strategic skills. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead regional revenue Organize sales resources to support territory and account plans that improve growth Responsible for forecasting weekly, monthly and annual revenue Deliver project growth within the region and ensure major opportunities are covered and positioned for a win Development of large/strategic account sales opportunities via Channel Partners alliances Act as voice-of-the-customer conduit between the field and support functions within Emerson Coordinate regional sales activities, such as, new product launches, account assignment, and ongoing customer needs Manage the product portfolio by segment to ensure the Channel Partners are achieving improving growth potential through solution selling effortsWho You Are:

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $101,455.00 - 161,170.00 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
