Heresite Protective Coatings, LLC., A WEG company, located in Manitowoc, WI, is a privately owned company that formulates, manufactures, sells, and applies Heresite high performance coatings. These include Phenolics, Epoxies, Epoxy Phenolics, Urethanes and Polyesters. Founded in 1935, the company is the manufacturer of the finest corrosion control coatings available, serving customers in the world-wide marketplace. WEG purchased Heresite in 2025 and is looking to grow business.
Heresite Protective Coatings is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive the growth of our corrosion-resistant coatings business in North America. This role will involve developing and executing selling strategies to expand our market presence, build strong customer relationships and increase sales revenue. Key responsibilities include:
+ Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry stakeholders including OEMs, Applicators, Engineering Firms and Independent Reps.
+ Identify, target and realize new business opportunities in key markets.
+ Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales expectations.
+ Understand the competitive landscape and develop approaches that maximize customer value.
+ Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.
+ Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for senior management.
+ Work with Customer Experience Manager and other Regional Sales Rep to build marketing strategies that effectively support sales efforts.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor-s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B business development or sales.
+ Experience in HVAC industry or coatings industry preferred.
+ Technical acumen to understand corrosion-resistant coatings, their applications and industry-specific requirements.
+ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
+ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
+ Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Willingness to travel, including internationally, as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
+ Role can be based near major airport.
