Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking to bolster our field sales team. The Regional Sales Manager – Security position will deal directly with our Security partners, VARs and end-users in the Northeast region of the US. Our Security business consists of hardware and software (i.e., thermal and visible cameras, Video Management Software, radar, etc.). This position will report to the North American Director of Sales – Security & Automation.

As the Regional Sales Manager – Security, you will be a critical part of the success of our business.
To be ready for this role, we would love for you to have:
Significant years of experience in Security sales.Experience selling VMS, visible cameras, thermal cameras, radar is preferred.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Fluent in English, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and highly self-motivated.Strong and persuasive communication skills.Technically adept and able to make complicated presentations and briefings to convey simple messages to win key selling accounts – computer proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to develop professional briefing material and confidently present to customers and in industry forums.Expected travel - 60%.What Teledyne FLIR offers you:
